Initiate Authorization

Contact our customer support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and verify your eligibility.

Secure Packaging

Carefully pack your item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all hardware, manuals, and protective inserts to prevent transit damage.

Affix Label & Ship

Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton and send the package back to our distribution center using a tracked carrier.

Inspection & Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the item to confirm it is in resalable condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
